Description
- To manage corporate business optimization and staff performance management and coordinate the strategy management process to ensure effective cross-functional integration and mobilization
Duties
- Manage the SBO Cost Centre budget
- Assist with Stratex budgeting for Strategic Initiatives
- Coordinate the Strategy Management processes (Corporate)
- Manage staff performance management system of the company
- Manage BPM projects
- Compilation, review and evaluation of Bid documents
- Manage the Enterprise Strategy Management system (ESM)
- Compile Corporate business performance reports
- Statistics and Process Management
- Manage business optimization and business development initiatives

- Minimum Requirements:
- Honors Degree in Business Management
- 9 years’ relevant work experience of which 3 years’ experience at middle management level
- Experience in Strategy Management and in particular Balanced scorecared
- Level 8
- Driver’s License Code B
