EY is recruiting a Manager: TAX (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Manage the Accounting Processing of clients
- Conduct through preparations and reviews of financial statements
- Conduct direct and indirect tax calculations and returns for clients
- Manage and provide clients with outsourced payroll services
- Provide clients with sound Tax advice, focusing on building long term relationships
Requisites
- Relevant BCom Degree or Diploma in Accounting and/or Tax
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Nam) or registration with the Namibia Institute of Professional Accountants (NIPA) will be an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years applicable experience is required
- Strong familiarity with Namibian tax legislation and Namibia Revenue Agency systems and reports
- Literate in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Office
- Managing time-based deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated to teamwork and leadership
- Client focused and ability to build relationships
