Nedbank is recruiting a Mobile Sales Consultant- Asset Based Finance, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To attain new and expand the existing client base for Nedbank
  • Grow the Nedbank brand and optimize revenue according to business objectives
Duties
  • Acquisition of new clients and vendors, dealers and estate agents as per product line
  • Cross-sell of all Nedbank products
  • Achieve agreed volumes, pricing and quality objectives through providing effective and professional service to existing and potential customers
  • Exceed sales, growth and profit targets
  • Assessment and recommendation of applicants for fast and effective decision-making
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, suppliers and all Nedbank approved dealers and estate agents
  • Increase the market penetration
  • Implementation and execution of all new products and offerings
  • Establish the Nedbank Brand and new offerings throughout Namibia
  • Visit vendors, dealer and estate agents on a regular basis
Requisites
  • Abilities:
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be innovative and self-driven
  • High degree of self-confidence
  • Outgoing personality with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound experience in all aspects of sales
  • Essential Qualifications - NQF Level:
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Preferred Qualification:
  • Diploma: Human Resources Management , Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Minimum Experience Level:
  • Grade 12 (25 points) or a Diploma/Degree in Business/Banking related studies
  • Applicant must have minimum (5) five years banking experience, with knowledge of sales, credit/risk assessment skills
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the application of the Credit Agreement and Usury Acts
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be flexible within working hours
  • Must be willing to travel between branches, suppliers, and dealers
