FNB Namibia is recruiting a Multi Skilled Consultant, to be based in Rosh Pinah, Namibia.
  • To provide a relief function for Teller, Collections Consultants and Cash Migration Official in an efficient and effective manner to ensure the smooth running of functional areas
  • Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
  • Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
  • Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
  • Execute business operations during relief periods that meet time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information
  • Have a Grade 12 Certificate
  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar environment
