Namdeb is recruiting a Nursing Service Manager, to be based in Oranjemund, Namibia.

Duties
- To manage all aspects of primary and secondary Nursing care and associated services of the Namdeb Medical department to provide comprehensive hospital and clinic services, in accordance with prescribed standards and controls
Requisites
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing Administration Management
- Current registration with the HPCNA as a Registered Nurse
- Member of the Nursing Association of Namibia
- Eight (8) general nursing experience of which 5 years should be on a managerial/supervisory level
- Proven experience in leading and directing the nursing services in the hospital
- Experience in scientific nursing principles and processes, stock control, patient administration policies and procedures
- Experience as Assistant/Theatre manager will be an added advantage
- Computer literate in Ms. Office Suite Package
- Code 08 drivers’ licence
