FNB Namibia is recruiting an Ongoing Credit Risk Management Head (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To oversee, strategically manage and lead the day to day functions of the credit risk management teams and portfolios across sub-segments in area of responsibility
Requisites
- Minimum Qualification – Qualified Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst or relevant Masters Degree
- Experience - 5-8 years’ experience in a Commercial or Corporate Banking environment specializing in Credit
- Additional Knowledge - Sound understanding of Bank credit ratings for companies, portfolio theory and credit principles
- Credit origination experience in specialized lending solutions such as leverage finance, property finance, debtor finance, asset finance, term lending and working capital
- Sound knowledge of securities and contractual capacities
- Excellent analytical skills for Credit Assessments to be able to make decisions based on assessment
