Swakop Uranium is recruiting an Operator: Aggregate Crushing, to be based in Swakopmund, Namibia.
Description
- To operate machinery to produce the specified quality and quantity of aggregate products to meet production targets
Duties
- Operate the Aggregate Crusher Plant and its attachments
- Start and Stop plant and tear-down according to set procedures
- Monitor and record production of various size classes produced by the Aggregate Crusher Plant
- Maintain all equipment in good working order to ensure efficient operation. Log relevant information on the 24 hour reports using the modular system and logbook
- Operate auxiliary equipment to remove spillages and clean when the need arises
- Communicate deviations observed to the relevant parties and Supervisors
Requisites
- Grade 12 or current NSSCO with 20 points over 5 subjects
- Mining experience will be an added advantage
- Valid Code B/BE Driver’s License
