Hollard is recruiting a Personal Lines Processor (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Main function of the Role:
- Responsible for the accurate and timeous processing of Personal Lines policies
- Key Performance Areas of the Role:
- Obtain all required documentation in order to comply with company and regulatory standards
- Adherence to underwriting rules, guidelines, and processes
- Adherence to FIA requirements and processes
- Customer service according to agreed SLAs with business units and customers/brokers
- Processing instructions received from brokers or clients
- All amendments made to ensure profitability/underwriting requirements met
- Ensuring that all renewals is processed timeously
- Premium Confirmations
- Ensure cut off is successful at month end
- Policy Retention
- Monthly credit control
Requisites
- Matric (25 points or more)
- Any insurance qualification will be an advantage
- 6 Months experience in policy administration
- Sound policy wording knowledge
