Momentum Metropolitan is recruiting a Portfolio Administrator (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
  • To assist the Wealth department with the day-to-day operations and administration of client portfolios
  • Deliver positive, seamless, and professional customer service
  • Onboarding of new clients and maintaining existing client records
  • Processing of investment and disinvestment instructions for retail clients and via FinSwitch
  • Customized regulatory reporting, Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly and Ad-hoc
  • Carry out ongoing administration of funds, portfolios including amendments and additions through engagement with the various external stakeholders
  • Assist with process documentation and record keeping
  • Resolve client concerns, queries & complaints
Requisites
  • Must be Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and portray good self-image
  • High levels of personal ethics, integrity and emotional maturity
  • Good knowledge of networking and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Clear credit record
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to network and build relationships
  • Career driven individual with strong entrepreneurial skills
