FNB Namibia is recruiting a Process Analyst, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • Business process, design, maintenance and enhancement to ensure resource and operational alignment with business strategy
Duties
  • To perform business process design, maintenance and enhancement to enable resource and operational alignment with business strategy
  • Manages risks in own area of responsibility
  • Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
  • Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes

  • Achieve revenue targets by either growing a portfolio of existing clients or by acquiring new clients and driving profit growth through reducing cost of capital, increasing transactional revenue and balance sheet growth
  • Evaluate new or existing business processes or procedures to identify feasible improvements or process efficiency opportunities
  • Provide effective operational support to internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the process optimization programme
Requisites
  • Have 3 year BCom, Engineering, BSC Engineering or BSC Informatics degree
  • Have 3-5 year’s experience in a similar environment of which 1-2 years experience in process assessment, mapping and optimizing business processes
