Enersence is recruiting a Project Manager (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Enersense Energy Namibia (Pty) Ltd is a local Namibian energy company that has a firm focus on renewable energy projects. These projects include but are not limited to wind energy projects, solar energy projects, green hydrogen projects and green ammonia projects. The company was created with the objective of developing green energy projects
- Enersense Namibia has commenced initial studies on the development of a pilot green ammonia production facility with the intention to scale up production to commercial levels over the course of the next few years
Duties
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define tasks and required resources
- Collect and manage project team
- Manage budget
- Create a schedule, project timeline and track deliverables
- Lead quality assurance
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Requisites
- Graduate degree related to project management. Professional certification will be an advantage
- Interest in renewable energy, green hydrogen and green ammonia
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Problem solving and takes initiative
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
