  • Komatsu Namibia (Pty) Ltd has an exciting position in our Finance and Admin office in Swakopmund for a strong Administrator who will execute secretarial and general office admin with one years work experience
  • Reception:
  • Plans daily routine & breaks
  • Receives & welcomes guests, customers & visiting staff
  • Checks that reception area is always clean & tidy
  • Reports any incidents / deviations / strange situations to leadership
  • Assists with travelling and accommodation

  • Switchboard:
  • Plans daily routine & breaks
  • Provides switchboard operation services
  • Monitors and confirms that equipment is fully functional
  • Reports on anomalies / mal functioning of equipment
