NSA is recruiting a Regional IT Officer (Temporary), in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Offer technical support to the field staffs at assigned regional office and constituency ITFT
- Allocation and deployment of tablets and other ICT equipment to Constituency-ITFT for fieldwork
- Ensure backup’s operations are effectively undertaken as per the backup plan in the region
- Support network support services at regional and constituency offices.
- Provide assistance to the Regional and constituency supervisors
- Monitor data transmission infrastructure
- Implement data security initiatives as directed
- Attend to ad-hoc activities as instructed by the National IT officer
- Troubleshooting of variety of technology issues encountered before, during and after the field work
- Manage and update the IT Asset inventory
Requisites
- Diploma in IT or N+, A+, CCNA, MCSE, Server or network Administrations and other certifications
- One year working experience in Information Technology (IT)
- Knowledge of windows and Android operating system
- Drivers License (2 years or older)
