FNB Namibia is recruiting a Relationship Manager Mid Corporate and High Touch, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- The main purpose of the job is to manage relationships in the Banking Sub Segment, grow new business by proactively sourcing for business and selling value-adding financial solutions from a range of standard and/or customised product offerings
Duties
- Identify and utilise opportunities for portfolio growth to achieve the Net Income Return for the Business as defined in the Financial Performance Report of the Business
- Define and implement an operational sales portfolio growth strategy that is aligned to the overall Business strategy, taking into account macro and micro economic environments and solving for market and client needs
- Responsible for the credit risk management of the sales portfolio in line with the Business objectives
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to ensure deliverables of exceptional quality
Requisites
- Have a Relevant Degree in Commerce, Finance or similar fields
- A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
- Have 5 to 7 years experience in a similar environment, with a minimum of 3 years spent at management level
