- We are looking for a Remuneration Officer stationed in Windhoek
Duties
- Ensure timely completion of payroll on a monthly basis
- Timely monthly transfer of employees' salaries
- Responsible for yearly 5 certificate and Tax Reconciliation
- Compiling of yearly WCA data
- Preparing 3rd party payment requisition of: Medical Aid, SSC, PAYE, Garnishee orders, etc
- Provide inputs/ Stats for monthly and yearly sustainability reports
- Compiling /extracting the necessary necessary reports from VIP payroll system
- Submitting of monthly PAYE on ITAS and NTA monthly declaration
- Requesting of goods standing
- Additional ad-hoc HR duties
Requisites
- Grade 12
- Relevant degree /Diploma in Human Resources
- 3 Years experience in Payroll and HR
- Knowledge of VIP payroll a must
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Must be a Namibian
