Jabu is recruiting a Retail Coordinator (m/f), to be based in Walvis Bay, Namibia.
Duties
- Lead with a customer-centric approach, drive sales and manage the team
- Manage day to day operations; coordinate stock arrivals & ensure that deliveries are made on time
- Client and supplier facing management role
- Measure performance of team members, set KPIs and improve on current procedures
- Prepare and manage monthly budgets and projections
- Be proactive and self-organized
- Shows initiative, excitement and promotes JABU brand
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Sales experience
- Computer literate
- Management experience
