Nedbank is recruiting a Sales Agent, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To increase Nedbank Namibia client base by selling financial service products and services to clients to achieve Nedbank's strategic goals – Sales
  • Actively engaging with despondent customers to win them back - Retention
Duties
  • Exceptional Telephone sales skills
  • Update clients on Products as well as bank related changes
  • Understanding of the Nedbank Namibia’s products
  • Compile Sales tracker, Update and Review
  • Ability to identify leads/sales as well as cross-selling opportunities
  • Achieve Targets (Monthly/Weekly/Daily)
  • Customer update and feedback
  • Attend to customers queries/complaints and provide feedback
  • Prepare letters of application and submit applications through CDE
  • Dormant Account Activations
  • Customer Retention
  • Adhoc duties
  • Planning and organizing
  • Sound experience in all aspects of Telephone sales
  • Understanding of Retail Banking (products, processes systems)
  • Must be customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-confident, and be able to work independently
Requisites
  • Essential Qualifications - NQF Level:
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Diploma
  • Minimum Experience Level:
  • Minimum of 1 (One) year experience in the Banking Industry
  • Technical / Professional Knowledge:
