Agra Safari Den is recruiting a Sales Clerk: Fire-Arm Related Sales (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Responsible for handling all aspects of the till
- Conduct pre-check of work station prior to commencing duty
- Comparing product description on system towards actual product
- Responsible for verifying payments on account
- Ensures accuracy of the till at all times
- Adhering to cashier procedures
- Receiving of correct cash payments for products purchased by customers
- Delivery of customer service (Being available to internal and external clients, e.g. product advice, product location, pricing)
- Ensures housekeeping and health and safety at the workstation
- Ensures that the workstation is not left unattended
- Provides assistance with cycle counting and stock taking
Requisites
- Namibian citizenship
- A Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years related experience working with arms & ammunition (strong requirement)
- Must have product knowledge pertaining to arms and ammunition
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literacy (computerized point of sale)
- Proficiency in Afrikaans and English
