- Methealth an associate company of Momentum Metropolitan Namibia Limited has a Position for a Senior Human Capital Business Partner, a middle management role
- The primary purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate the provision of Human Capital support/Consulting for Methealth Administrators and associated companies through partnering with business and relevant stakeholders, providing a comprehensive human resources service that support the achievement of strategic objectives on a sustainable basis. This is a managerial level type role part of the Momentum Metropolitan Namibia Group Human Capital MANCO team
Duties
- Business Partnering and Performance Management
- Management of Human Capital Business Processes
- Change Management and Transformation processes
- Head Count Management
- Human Capital Research, Analysis and Reporting
- Project Management of Human Capital Initiatives
Requisites
- Extensive experience in IR,ER and Employee Engagement
- Extensive experience in Remuneration and Benefits including budgeting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or any business related disciplines
- Competencies:
- 5-7 years working experience in Human Capital Management/Generalist of which the last three years should have been in a managerial role
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of stress tolerance, discipline and decisiveness and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of related Namibian Statutory laws and payroll packages
- Ability to analyses reports and data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Understand the value adding functions of Human Resource
- Position ad hoc functions
