Senior Manager IT

Description

• The successful candidate will be accountable to the Chief Financial Officer and will provide leadership to the IT Sub-Unit function

Duties

• ICT Strategy development and implementation
• ICT governance implementation
• ICT policies development including security frameworks
• ICT budget formulation and cost management
• Overall ICT systems, network, and hardware infrastructure management
• Business application analysis, support, and software development
• Information systems security and cyber security
• Management of Service Level Agreements
• People effectiveness and administration

Requisites

• Competencies and Skills Requirements:
• Master’s degree in information and communications Technology (NQF 9)
• Relevant demonstrated working experience in ICT field (10+yrs) of which at least 5 years should have been in a managerial role
• Experience with ERP systems (ORACLE eBusiness Suite, UCM, Siebel, BI), will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems
• Understand Internet, Intranet, Server architectures
• IT Architecture Design, Integration & Implementation
• Applications Design, Integration & Implementation
• IT level Governance Principles Management
