Duties
- To perform efficient and effective nursing care services for Namdeb Private Hospital and to ensure both optimal patient and hospital outcomes including quality of care, efficient resource utilization, and reimbursement for services
Requisites
- Four (4) year Degree or National Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery. Post graduate Qualification in Health Care Management or related healthcare field
- Current registration with the HPCNA
- MS Office Packages (Intermediate to Advance
- Working experience in coordinating the hospital case management process and facilitating the communication process between all role players/stakeholders
- Proven working experience in case management and any experience in psychological aspects of care (Added Advantage)
- Five (5) years Post qualification experience in General Nursing, Midwifery, Outpatients and Casualty of which Two (2) years on supervisory level
- Experience in billing, stock control and drafting of policies and procedures
- Code 08 Drivers license
