FNB Namibia is recruiting a Specialized Finance Lending Head (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To define and manage the execution of the Specialized Commercial Lending sales strategy and tactical plan across the Term lending, Leveraged Finance, Asset Finance, Acquisition Finance, Commercial Property Finance and Structured Working Capital specialized lending areas and in line with the Specialized Sales strategy and objectives as well as with the Specialized Lending value propositions
Duties
- Support the Specialized Lending sales team by translating Specialized Lending growth objectives into tactical sales and service plans and initiatives
Requisites
- Minimum Qualification – Post Graduate qualification in Finance, Economics or Accounting
- Experience - 5-8 years’ experience in a similar environment of which 2-3 years preferable at management level specializing in Lending and Deal structuring
