Old Mutual is recruiting a Team Leader (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Set and monitor weekly targets of Collections Administrator
- Monitor and resolve unallocated receipts and client refunds
- Processing of instalments due on IT platforms
- Promote teamwork and accountability
- Collections reporting
- Contribute towards collections process improvement
- Collections book performance review
- Supervision and guidance of Collections Administrators
- Staff training and development
Requisites
- Grade 12 with at least 25 points
- Tertiary Qualification
- 3 - 5 years Banking and Credit experience
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Above average numerical ability
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Strong team player
