Old Mutual is recruiting a Temp - Retention Agent (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- We require Temp-Retention Agents to call missed premium customers for RMM & PFA customers for the via the CRU(Customer Retention Unit)
- Proactively contact clients and ensure timely collection of overdue premiums to prevent policy lapses, i.e. Missed Premium, Lapse Pending, Premium Holiday and etc.
Requisites
- Namibian citizen
- A minimum qualification of Grade 12 with a minimum of 25 points
- Computer literate
- Excellent client care orientation
- Excellent telephone demeanor and communication skills
- Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Fluent in local vernacular languages will be advantageous
