FNB Namibia is recruiting a Transactional Sales Manager Mid Corporate High Touch and PSB, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To initiate and enable transactional sales origination, cross-sell and client engagement in the FNB Commercial Banking segment to achieve transaction banking revenue goals for Mid-Corporate and High Touch sub-segments
Duties
  • Provide consistent professional and superior delivery of sales and client management disciplines including pipeline ownership, request for proposal (RFP) responses, pro-active proposals, presentations, call reports, lead generation, and implementation oversight in conjunction with the relationship manager
  • Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
  • Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities for commercial and business clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and present tailored solutions to meet the requirements of commercial and business clients
Requisites
  • Relevant Post Graduate Commerce or Finance Degree
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar environment of which 2 years ideally at junior management level
