FNB Namibia is recruiting a Usability Interface Specialist (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To design user interfaces, using best practices and principles
- Promote and implement system changes and enhancements against planned objectives
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
- Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes
- Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
- Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Compile interface system product design and template specifications to ensure improved systems interface quality standards
- Conduct interface analysis and research on web standards
- Comply, understand and implement all steps within IT development and meet governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
Requisites
- Minimum Qualification - 3 year industry related Degree
- Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior specialist level
