FNB Namibia is recruiting a Vendor Management Consultant, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To asses vendor resources as well as expertise and provide management with regular reporting regarding the health of the vendor portfolio
Duties
  • Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
  • Administer new contracts, pricing and reviews
  • Resolve Vendor disputes and operational issues
  • Assist Sourcing Team Leader to source suppliers in line with Group standards
  • Engage with vendors to ensure that the most cost-effective benefits are derived for the bank and maintained in line with SLA’s
  • Identify and utilize opportunities to assess and improve own performance
  • Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
  • Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
  • Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilization of work-related resources
Requisites
  • Minimum Qualification:
  • Relevant Business Management Diploma
  • Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years relevant experience specializing in vendor management and business analysis
