O&L Leisure is recruiting a Waitron (m/f), to be based in Swakopmund, Namibia.
Duties
- Ensuring a hospitable, professional and efficient food and beverage service in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Meet, seat & host guests
- Serve food and beverages to patrons
- Prepare hot or cold beverages
- Present menus
- Set up dining areas
- Process customer bills and payments
- Handle and respond to all guests and complaints promptly
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
- Ensure that work area is kept neat and tidy at all times
- Uphold organizational values and standards at all times
Requisites
- Computer Literate
- Good communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written English
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience in a seafood restaurant will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of micros will be an added advantage
